Le médaillon rectangle plaqué or avec photo gravée est très joli. La photo ne se voit qu'avec une bonne lumière, et a tendance à apparaître comme en négatif, mais je pense que c'est lié au mode de gravure.
La taille ne convenait et aucun retour du service client.

A ma connaissance, et sauf erreur de ma part, nous n'avons eu aucune demande d'échange ou de remboursement de la chaine. Si toutefois nous étions passés à coté d'un mail, que nous n'aurions pas vu, il y a le téléphone, le numéro est joignable 7j/7
Donc si votre chaine ne convient pas, vous pouvez la renvoyer, en notant bien votre numéro de commande et en précisant la taille souhaitée.
