1. Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?

No it's not necessary. You can shop and check out as a guest every time.

However, creating an account allows you to order without having to enter your details each time you visit. You can register now or create an account before finalizing your order on the cart page.

2. How Can I Create an Account?

To create an account , simply click on "Login / Register", then on "Create Account", and fill in your personal details.

3. How to Place an Order?

Add the products you want to purchase to your cart. Once you're done, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Check and make sure all information is correct before confirming your order and payment.

4. I am having problems adding items to my cart. What can I do ?

If you have difficulty adding items to your cart, make sure they are available. An item may already be in someone else's cart, hence the "Out of Stock" status.

5. How Can I Pay for my Order?

We accept payments via PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

6. Can I Modify or Cancel my Order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. This allows us to process your orders efficiently and minimize errors. Be sure to check your order before finalizing it.

7. How to Use a Discount Code?

Simply enter the discount code in the box provided on your cart page before checking out. Make sure to do this before confirming your order, as we cannot manually apply the code once the order is placed.

8. How will I know if my Order is Confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please note that orders will only be shipped once credit card payment has been approved and billing and shipping addresses have been verified.

9. When will my Order be Processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

10. How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on the product and destination. Orders are shipped within 4 to 5 business days. Postal delivery time is 2 days. Generally, you receive your jewelry quickly.

11. How Can I Track My Delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

12. What Are the Shipping Costs?

Delivery costs are estimated at €3 for France.

13. Can I Change my Delivery Address Once my Order is Confirmed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been confirmed. So make sure you provide the correct address from the start. Call quickly: 06-81-46-43-04 to modify directly with the shipping department.

14. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

15. What Should I Do If I Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

16. What should I do if I have not received my package?
