perfect on one side and not on the other

On the round medal, I asked for an engraving of a photo on the front and back, a small text. The back is perfect. Unfortunately, in the photo, some "details" do not appear what creates visual confusion. On the site, when I created and then validated the realization so that it was engraved like this, the details appeared. I sent an email twice to the service to find out if a touch -up was possible. I did not have an answer. (screen photo and photo of the result). I am a little disappointed to offer this jewel to my daughter.
NB: I also have trouble with companies that do not answer when the purchase is made.
