perfect on one side and not on the other

On the round medal, I asked for a photo engraving on the front and a small text on the back. The reverse is perfect. Unfortunately, on the photo, some of the "details" don't appear, creating visual confusion. On the website, when I created and validated the design to be engraved in this way, the details did appear. I emailed the service department twice to find out if it was possible to retouch. I didn't get a reply. (screen shot and photo of the result). I'm a bit disappointed to offer this jewel to my daughter.
NB: I also have trouble with companies that don't reply when the purchase is made.
