Sur la médaille ronde, j'avais demandé une gravure d'une photo au recto et au verso, un petit texte. Le verso est parfait. Malheureusement, sur la photo, certains "détails" n'apparaissent pas ce qui crée une confusion visuelle. Sur le site, lorsque j'ai créé puis validé la réalisation pour qu'elle soit gravée ainsi, les détails apparaissaient. J'ai envoyé un mail à deux reprises au service pour savoir si une retouche était possible. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. (photo écran et photo du résultat). Je suis un peu déçue d'offrir ce bijou à ma fille.
NB : J'ai du mal également avec les sociétés qui ne répondent pas quand l'achat est effectué.
